VOCO brought more than 30 staff together in Christchurch for a full day of team-building and connection.
The event combined structured activities with open discussions, giving people across the organisation space to collaborate, share ideas, and reconnect in person. My role was to document the natural flow of the day — the group sessions, the quieter moments between colleagues, and the activities that helped bring everyone together.
Events like this are about people first, and the photography reflects that: genuine engagement, teamwork, and the energy of a shared experience.
