The New Zealand Fire Service brought their teams together at Te Pae Christchurch for their 2025 Annual General Meeting — a day centred on connection, reflection, and planning for the year ahead. It was a chance for staff from across the region to hear updates, celebrate achievements, and recognise the work happening on the ground every day.
My role was to document the feel of the event: the energy in the room, the conversations between colleagues, and the key moments from the presentations.
